I was born in Deadwood SD in 1948 and have lived in the Black Hills of South Dakota most of my life. I’ve traveled and lived briefly in other areas of the world, including: Paris, France; Cologne, Germany; Fairbanks and Homer AK, the big island HI, Minneapolis MN, Vermillion SD, Ft. Collins CO, and Stockton CA. For the past 20 years I lived and worked in Rapid City SD.

I recently moved into my dream home in the Black Hills near the Wyoming border. I am working from home and enjoying the luxury of setting my own hours and spending time with my daughter and three grandsons who live 20 minutes away. My mother joins me in her own home on our property each summer.

I am getting to know my new hometown of Custer and volunteering in the public school using my life coaching skills to present workshops and coach students and parents. I also spend time walking in the nearby National Forest, water coloring, reading, and writing in my journal and on my dissertation. A corgi puppy named Falling recently came to live with me and joins me on my walks. I love to travel, and my next travel adventure will be a month long trip around Mexico with women friends.
