Awareness, desire, choice, & change. Life Coaching is a confidential one-on-one relationship designed to dramatically and permanently improve the quality of your life. In the life coaching relationship you are responsible for identifying who you are and what you want. The focus of life coaching is deep listening such that your brilliance comes to the surface. Life coaching will assist you to establish new habits and ways of thinking that lead to desired results in all areas of your life. As your coach, I am responsive to you and your desires. I have respect for you and empower you to have full self-expression. I embrace diversity and uniqueness. I have high expectations of you based on what you say you want and who you want to be. I express these expectations to you in a non-judgmental way. I am your mirror, giving you positive feedback to move you towards your goals. Each coaching call includes your celebrations, challenges, and action plans for transformative change. Life Coaching from Falling Awake uses the 12 success strategies developed by Dave Ellis and presented in his book by the same name: 1. determine what you want 2. tell the truth 3. move towards love 4. take responsibility 5. lighten your load 6. focus your awareness 7. listen fully 8. choose your conversations 9. change your habits 10. persist 11. contribute 12. celebrate Most of my coaching is done on the phone in 45 – 60 minute sessions. I charge a reasonable prepaid monthly fee for weekly sessions. I recommend you enter into a 6 months coaching contract, which you can renegotiate at any time. When you agree to six months of coaching, you are committing to major changes in all areas of your life—living the life of your dreams.
